We arrange cruise transfers for individuals, couples, families and groups, with cars and larger vehicles including 8-seater private hire with a driver. Count every check-in suitcase and cabin bag when choosing your vehicle. Passenger seats and luggage space must both suit your group; a vehicle’s seat count alone does not confirm luggage capacity.
Please tell us about pushchairs, golf bags, mobility equipment or unusually large items before booking so we can check suitability and availability.

Where will we meet our driver?
Use the meeting instructions supplied for your booking. Terminal access and collection arrangements can vary, so do not assume the driver will be waiting beside the ship or inside the terminal. Keep your contact number available on the day.
What pickup time should I book?
Choose a time based on when you expect to have left the ship and collected your luggage, rather than the ship’s scheduled docking time. For drop-offs, work back from your cruise line’s check-in slot and allow for traffic.
Can I book a return journey?
Yes. Arrange both journeys in advance and check that each date, time, pickup point and destination is correct. Tell us if the return journey needs a different vehicle or luggage allowance.
What if the ship is delayed?
Contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed. We will discuss the available options; changes are subject to driver availability and the terms of your booking.
Can I get a price online?
For a standard point-to-point transfer, get a quote and book online. For a private tour, multiple stops or a complex itinerary, contact our team with your requirements.
Do you provide immediate pickups?
No. Raz operates by advance booking only, with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
