Make your Christmas journeys easier with Raz Private Hire. 🎄 Whether you’re flying into Glasgow, visiting family across Scotland or travelling together for a festive celebration, planning ahead can make all the difference.

From airport collections to comfortable group and long-distance transfers, our pre-booked service helps you enjoy the journey as well as the destination.

Plan your Christmas airport transfer early

Airports can be especially busy during the festive period. If you’re travelling through Glasgow Airport or Edinburgh Airport, booking your private transfer ahead of time gives you a clear plan for getting to or from the terminal.

Raz Private Hire provides pre-booked airport transfers, with flight monitoring when you provide your flight number. For airport pickups, we normally recommend allowing around 45–60 minutes after landing for baggage collection and getting through arrivals.

Travelling together? Choose the right vehicle

Christmas often means extra luggage, presents and more passengers than usual. From smaller private transfers to group journeys, choosing a vehicle that comfortably accommodates everyone and their bags is important. Tell us your total passenger numbers, check-in cases and hand luggage when arranging your journey.

Our 8-seater and group travel options are ideal for families and friends who want to travel together rather than arrange several separate vehicles.

Christmas journeys aren’t just about airports

Visiting relatives, travelling to a festive event or heading to another Scottish city? Raz Private Hire also offers pre-booked long-distance travel from Glasgow and beyond. You can plan your collection time, route and vehicle in advance instead of leaving your journey to chance.

What to know before you book

  • Book in advance: our standard minimum notice is 12 hours; shorter-notice journeys may occasionally be available, subject to confirmation.
  • Allow time at the airport: share your flight number and consider passport control and baggage collection.
  • Check your luggage: include large cases, cabin bags, prams and other bulky items when selecting a vehicle.
  • Choose your collection service: standard pickup, Arrival Hall Collection and Meet & Greet are different options, with additional charges where selected.
  • Check the final fare: any applicable airport charges and nighttime supplements are shown or confirmed during booking.
